The Division of Corporate Communication, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Fareeda Jeh-oh, Assistant to the President supervising the division, welcomed Professor Sr. Ts. Dr. Adi Irfan Che Ani from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and Dr. Siti Rahyla Rahmat from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) to join the Walailak Global program on 8 May 2025.
The two distinguished guests shared key strategies and best practices for improving global university rankings, drawing from their institutions’ internationalization experiences and academic development models.
Their participation provided valuable perspectives for both internal and external audiences, further strengthening Walailak University’s commitment to international engagement and academic excellence.
In addition to participating in Walailak Global, both experts also served as judges for the 2025 International Reputation and Excellence Promotion (iREP2025) event, organized by the Center for International Affairs on the same day. The event aimed to recognize the most outstanding school or college within Walailak University that demonstrated exemplary internationalization strategies and contributions to enhancing global visibility.
