WU and SRU Corporate Communication Teams Exchange Insights on Digital-Age Public Relations

On 13 May 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Fareeda Jeh-oh, Assistant to the President and Acting Head of the Division of Corporate Communication at Walailak University (WU), led a team of staff to Suratthani Rajabhat University (SRU) for a knowledge exchange and study visit. The objective was to explore best practices in corporate communication in the digital era, aiming to enhance the effectiveness of WU’s communication strategies.

The WU delegation was warmly welcomed by Assistant Professor Parinya Noidonphrai, Director of the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, together with the Corporate Communication and Public Relations team and the Innovation and Digital Technology Center at SRU. The session took place at the INNO Conference Room, 5th floor, Dipangkorn Rasmijoti Building.

During the visit, SRU’s Corporate Communication team presented an overview of their communication strategies, including the management of internal and external communication channels, strategic media production, organizational branding, and the application of digital technologies to support modern public relations. The Innovation and Digital Technology Center also shared its role in supporting communication efforts.

Staff from both institutions exchanged experiences and discussed approaches to advancing corporate communication across multiple dimensions. The session fostered mutual learning and strengthened collaboration between the two universities, paving the way for more effective communication practices in the future.
