Division of Corporate Communication (DCC) organized the “Walailak Brings Us Together” Practical Seminar 2023. The seminar was held on March 10-11, 2023, at Walailak University and Nang-Len Beach at Bonon, Tha Sala District, Nakhon Si Thammarat.
On March 10, 2023, DCC personnel, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Fareeda Jeh-oh, Acting Assistant to the President, attended a panel discussion on “The Direction of DCC Development towards Change in the 21st Century” by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Surin Maisrikrod, Acting Vice-President, followed by a knowledge-sharing session on the topic of “Communication: Competition and Challenges of Organizations/Educational Institutions in the Digital Era” by Dr. Prachaya Piemkaroon, a lecturer from the College of Social Communication Innovation, Srinakharinwirot University.
Later in the afternoon, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Warit Jawjit, Acting Vice-President of Walailak University, organized a “Team Empowerment Activity.” DCC personnel also attended a lecture on the topic of “Principles for preparing an effective budget plan” by Miss Narumol Sutti, General Administration Officer, Division of Planning and Strategy. In the evening, there was a communication game – relationship building at Nang-Len Beach at Bonon.
On March 11, 2023, there was a team building activity titled “Looking at Oneself – Looking at Others, Seeing the World (of Change)” by Mr. Pichet Krodkangkan, an officer from the School of Accountancy and Finance, at Nang Len Beach to build relationships between members of the organization.
The 2023 Practical Seminar “Walailak Brings Us Together” aimed to develop personnel potential, increase knowledge, and develop new skills for personnel. It also aimed to apply the gained knowledge to work, to achieve the university’s goals.
