PR Network 2025

Yesterday, 27 May 2025, Walailak University, through its Division of Corporate Communication (DCC), organized the “Walailak PR Network 2025” event as part of its institutional image-building efforts. The event brought together public relations and corporate communication officers from various organizations in Tha Sala District, Nakhon Si Thammarat, for a hands-on workshop on “Writing Effective PR News in the Digital Age.”

The workshop was honored by the presence of Mr. Krisana Tiwatsirikul, a journalist from Thai PBS, who served as guest speaker. He shared insights on “Principles and Techniques for Writing PR News for Websites and Social Media,” and led an engaging discussion on identifying newsworthy angles and crafting compelling PR stories for the digital landscape. Participants also engaged in practical sessions focused on aligning PR writing with current media consumption trends and modern content presentation platforms. The program also included a guided campus tour of Walailak University.

On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Surin Maisrikrod, Vice President of Walailak University, and Assistant Professor Dr. Fareeda Jeh-oh, Assistant to the President responsible for DCC, together with the DCC team, warmly welcomed 50 participants from 26 organizations at the Khao Luang Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Cooperative Education Building.
