
The Division of Corporate Communication of Walailak University conducted a satisfaction survey on Walailak Channel during the event “TCAS 2026 with Walailak University” on 29 July 2025. The event welcomed more than 3,400 high school students from across Southern Thailand.
This initiative reflects the Division’s ongoing mission to study and collect audience feedback as a means to enhance communication efficiency. The findings will support the development of content that is more closely aligned with the needs and media consumption behaviors of target groups.
The survey results will be systematically analyzed and applied as guidelines for improving both the format and content of Walailak Channel productions, ensuring higher quality and stronger audience engagement.
