On November 8, 2025, Mr. Korakot Tetiranon, Chairman of the Walailak University Affairs Promotion Committee, together with Mr. Prayoon Ngernprom and Assistant Professor Dr. Fareeda Jeh-oh, Committee Members, and Ms. Supanee Phetcharanant, staff member from the Division of Corporate Communication (DCC) serving as secretariat, attended the 10th National Meeting of University Affairs Promotion Committees under the theme “Soft Power: Preserving Thai Culture, Preserving Dhamma, Cherishing World Heritage” at Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University.
The meeting brought together more than 120 executives, chairpersons, and committee members from 32 universities nationwide to exchange ideas and strengthen collaboration in promoting higher education development.
On this occasion, Mr. Surasak Phancharoenworakul, Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, presided over the opening ceremony and delivered a special lecture on “Quick Wins Policy: Advancing Education and Human Resource Development for the Global Stage.”
The event aimed to enhance the effectiveness of university affairs promotion committees in fulfilling their missions, maximize their impact on universities, and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive sustainable development of educational quality.
