Following the opening session, Assistant Professor Dr. Fareeda Jeh-oh, Assistant to the President for Corporate Communication, delivered a talk titled “Walailak PR Network 2026: Toward a Unified Communication Ecosystem.” She highlighted key public relations trends in 2026, noting that communication is evolving from traditional news dissemination toward credibility management. While artificial intelligence can enhance communication speed and provide valuable insights, she stressed that people remain at the heart of communication, ensuring quality, creativity, and effective storytelling.
The event also featured a special lecture by Ms. Wirongrong Koedsommas (DJ Dew), a radio host from MCOT Nakhon Si Thammarat, who shared insights on “Strategies for Organizational Image Communication.” She emphasized that an organization’s image is not defined solely by its actions but by the feelings people develop toward the organization, shaped through communication, experience, and consistency.
Participants also joined a workshop titled “WU Image Maker,” where they collaborated to develop public relations ideas and communication plans for their respective units.
The Walailak PR Network 2026 event brought together more than 50 administrators, lecturers, and staff representatives from various units across the university.
