Walailak University Communications Team Shares Its Approach with New Demonstration School

The Division of Corporate Communications (DCC) at Walailak University hosted a delegation from Walailak University Demonstration School (WUDS) on October 19, 2026, to share how the university manages its institutional communications.

Assistant Professor Dr. Fareeda Jeh-oh, Assistant to the President for Corporate Communications and Acting Head of DCC, welcomed WUDS Director Dr. Santi Nadee and a delegation of 11 at the Center for Cooperative Education.

DCC walked the visitors through its three main functions: reception and corporate image communication, news and digital communication, and media and informatics production. It also covered how to ensure information is accurate, which university channels are available for publicity, and common pitfalls to avoid.

The session was designed to help WUDS, one of the university’s newest units, align its public relations work with university policy. It was part of an effort to build the school’s identity, public awareness and credibility.

The meeting also strengthened ties between staff from both units and opened the door to future collaboration.
