Division of Corporate Communication, Walailak University, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Fareeda Jeh-oh, Acting Assistant to President of Walailak University accompanied by staff joined the annual department seminar of 2022 “Walailak Brings Us Together” between 12 and 13 September 2022 at Chonnapha Resort, Nakhon Si Thammarat.
On September 12th, 2022, Assistant to President to Walailak University and staff joined together in the annual department seminar to reflect on the overall performances in Fiscal Year 2022, conduct SWOT Analysis and discuss directions for the department’s performances on different areas of responsibilities. On September 13th, 2022, the seminar kicked off with the discussion putting the department’s works in alignment with the university strategies and everyone’s participation in determining action plans and presenting each team’s outstanding performances. After that, Asst. Prof. Dr. Fareeda chaired the session featuring Agenda-based meeting intended for brainstorming on the department’s key activities of Fiscal year 2023 in all of the entire responsibility scopes. Finally, the meeting concluded with OKRs specifications to optimize next Fiscal year’s departmental operations.
