The Division of Human Resources and Organization, Walailak University, organized PDCA Training batches 2 to 4 from 18 to 20 April 2023. The event took place at the Pattarathammaporn Chamber, located on the 9th floor of Walailak University Hospital. Mr. Somporn Silpsuwon, Acting Assistant to the President of Walailak University, presided over the event and shared his knowledge as well as emphasized the importance of PDCA.
PDCA stands for Plan Do Check Act, which is a process for evaluating and improving work processes. Walailak University has set criteria for every employee to evaluate their work and find ways to improve work efficiency.
On this occasion, members from the Division of Corporate Communication including those from News and Digital Communications, Media and Information Production, and Reception and Image Communication attended the training and will apply what they have learned to enhance their work.
“PDCA Training enables us to recognize and assess our work processes, allowing us to apply the knowledge gained to enhance our workflows and achieve greater efficiency,” said Ms. Jariya Sookchuen, a member of the Division of Corporate Communication who attended the training.
