On 28 August 2025, the Division of Corporate Communication, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Fareeda Je-oh, Assistant to the President, warmly welcomed a group of 38 teachers and Matthayom 6 students from Veeranat Suksa Foundation School, Phatthalung Province. The visit was designed to provide insights into Walailak University’s health science programs, guiding students in shaping their future study paths and preparing for the Thai University Central Admission System (TCAS) 2026. The welcoming session took place at Room ST310, Professor Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong Building, Walailak University.

Assistant Professor Dr. Fareeda emphasized Walailak University’s strong commitment to enhancing teaching quality, advancing research, promoting sustainable policies, and strengthening community engagement. She noted that these efforts have led to continuous improvement in global rankings, with Walailak University currently ranked in the 1201+ category worldwide and sixth nationally by Times Higher Education. She encouraged the students to make the most of their visit by exploring programs of interest and preparing themselves for future studies at their chosen schools within the university.

During the visit, students received comprehensive program briefings and guidance on planning their academic journey from high school to higher education. They also learned about selecting the right programs and career pathways best suited to their interests and abilities. Faculty members from the School of Medicine, School of Pharmacy, School of Nursing, and School of Allied Health Sciences engaged with the students, offering in-depth information and advice.
