DCC on Tour Visits CIA to Discuss Public Relations Strategies for Advancing Walailak University’s Internationalization

On May 26, 2026, the Division of Corporate Communications (DCC), Walailak University, organized the fourth “DCC on Tour: Communicate and Create Walailak University” activity of 2026. During the visit, DCC executives and staff met with executives and personnel from the Center for International Affairs (CIA) to discuss communication and public relations strategies aimed at advancing Walailak University’s internationalization efforts.

The discussion focused on promoting Walailak University’s international presence, strengthening the university’s reputation in both teaching and research, and preparing for Walailak University International Day 2026 (WUiDAY 2026), which is scheduled to take place on July 9–10, 2026.

The fourth DCC on Tour was held at the 19-seat meeting room in the Cooperative Education Building. The event was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Fareeda Jeh-oh, Assistant to the President for Corporate Communications; Assistant Professor Dr. Patnarin Supakorn, Director of the CIA; Assistant Professor Dr. Chirawat Wattanapanich, Deputy Director of the CIA; along with staff members, totaling 13 participants.

The activity marked another important step in strengthening collaboration between the two units to jointly enhance the university’s image and promote Walailak University on the international stage, while also broadening the reach of the university’s information and content to audiences both in Thailand and abroad.
